Returns and Refunds

The refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the day of purchase. If 30 days have gone from the day of purchase, I cannot offer a refund or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be kept in the original packaging. 

Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of receipt, and your refund (if the item is in good condition) will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

Replacements and exchanges

If your item is lost or damaged in the post, please send an email to hannah@hannahrebeccadesigns.com, sending a picture if the item is damaged. If it has been lost or damaged, I will send a replacement at no extra cost, providing you have contacted me within 30 days of purchase. 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your item, please email hannah@hannahrebeccadesigns.com. Items will need to be sent to Hannah Rebecca Designs, Suite 1A, Edinburgh, EH6 6BZ, United Kingdom.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item of £75, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. I am not responsible if shipping gets lost in the post and cannot guarantee that the returned item will be received. 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by emailing hannah@hannahrebeccadesigns.com within 24 hours of your purchase. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to process a return.
