How it works:
Place your order through the website, filling in the form with the required information. This is your £20 deposit payment.
You will receive a confirmation email, reply to this with reference photos of your pet(s).
I will send an email with an estimated timescale, and a Stripe payment link for the outstanding payment.
Proofs will be sent over before the final files, and you can make any minor amendments to the artwork if you wish.
Once you’re happy with the proof, I will then email the final files over to you, ready to print, use as phone wallpaper, or however you wish!
All email communication will be sent from hannah@hannahrebeccadesigns.com. I will only send Stripe payment links once the final price is approved by the customer, and will never charge more than is discussed.
